CLP’s community-based approach to curbing HIV/AIDS, reducing stigma and discrimination against People Living with HIV (PLWHIV) has had positive impact.

Through our work, we succeeded in shaping policies and reducing the vulnerability of disadvantaged citizens especially women and youths. We did this by carrying out preventive education in grassroots communities reaching women, youths and men, provide Counselling and Testing, Home-Based Care for the infected and affected members of the family and referrals to relevant health facilities and consistent capacity building of healthcare providers.
